It depends on the scope. A cabinet and counter refresh moves faster than a remodel that changes the layout or the plumbing. Once we have walked your kitchen, we give you a realistic timeline with the scope, and one crew stays on it start to finish instead of disappearing for weeks.
Some kitchen work needs a city permit, especially anything electrical or structural. MLA holds an electrical license and pulls permits with the City of Corpus Christi, so that side is handled for you rather than left on your plate.
Most homeowners do. The kitchen itself is out of use while we work, but we keep the rest of the house clean and out of the way, and we let you know ahead of the days that are the most disruptive so you can plan around them.
Either way works. We can source cabinets, stone, and tile for you, or install materials you have already picked out. We go over the options at the estimate so the choices fit both the look you want and your budget.
